Designed high efficient micromorph solar cells using Intermediate Reflective Layer(IRL). Used various analyticaland statistical techniques to generate a mathematical model of device parameters on Silvaco Atlas for simulation
Optimized the micromorph solar cell efficiency to maximize the usage of the available solar spectrum
Analyzed the nature of different Transparent Conductive Oxides, semiconductor materials as reflective layers andobtained an efficiency of 10.58% compared to reference cell efficiency of 8.31%
